Created to offer a more elevated approach to the workplace, The Malin combines thoughtfully designed interiors with hospitality-led service, creating spaces that balance focus, comfort, and community. With 12 locations across New York, Nashville, Savannah, Boston, Austin & Washington, each club is designed to reflect its neighborhood while providing members with an inspiring environment to work beautifully.

Orior fuses longstanding Irish craftsmanship with a contemporary spirit. Founded in 1979 by Brian McGuigan and Rosemary McGuigan in Ireland, the brand has become a staple within the New York and wider U.S. design industry under the direction of second-generation creative lead Ciaran McGuigan.

CloseCo is a mid-level furniture brand focused on the UK and Irish markets, offering a concise collection of well-manufactured furniture and accessories. With an emphasis on simplicity, functionality, and quality, Closeco delivers accessible designs across a limited range of core pieces for everyday living.


Manhattan based lighting design

Blue Green Works is a Manhattan-based design studio founded in 2020 by creative director Peter B. Staples. Known for its distinctive lighting collections, the studio combines carefully hand-formed materials with precision metalwork, creating pieces that are both sculptural and functional.
